​Serine A. Duhaithem is a biochemist from King Abdulaziz University in Jeddah currently studying MSc in Environmental Science and Engineering with a focus on plants. 

Serine is an active member of the community and currently holds several positions in student clubs. Other than her role in the GSC as the Public Relations Officer, she is one of the leaders of the Students for Sustainability Club as well as managing the Video Game Club with her friends.

Serine enjoys reading books as well as binging TV shows and likes to play racquet sports.
