WEP 2012 promises to be an enriching and stimulating experience. Taking place from January 13 to January 29, the program will offer events, lectures and seminars, which go beyond the traditional academic curriculum, to our students and the KAUST community. WEP 2012 will offer unique perspectives through insights into new ideas from world-class scholars, scientists and business leaders.

Previous Winter Enrichment Programs
WEP 2011
WEP 2011 took place from January 15 to January 31, the program focused on 4 distinctive areas. These were:
- Saudi Arabian and Middle Eastern Culture and Art.
- Business and Entrepreneurship.
- Technology and Innovation.
- Personal and Professional Development.

WEP 2010
The Winter Enrichment Program (WEP) 2010 was a month-long semester held between January 15, 2010 – February 10, 2010 WEP was designed for the entire KAUST community with the aim to have our intellectual horizons enlarged and our collective imaginations stretched. It was a time to discover new vistas and to be inspired.
At WEP 2010 there were more than 100 courses, workshops, seminars, lectures and recreational events that enriched our minds and our lives.
