Moving to KAUST

KAUST supports the relocation of its faculty, staff and their families to its facilities. The Relocation Team is a group of professionals who will take care of the needs of all permanent KAUST employees, from the moment they sign-on until they and their families are safely settled in their new environment.

As a new hire, you will be supported by a personal Relocation Coordinator, who will make the whole process as smooth as possible. All relocation activities (obtaining visas, airline bookings, shipping personal effects, moving pets, assigning a home) will be coordinated by the Relocation Coordinator, who will also support any individual needs you may have.

KAUST has set up a dedicated private Web site where you can check on the status of your move at any time, update your details, post inquiries, or communicate directly with the Relocation Team through a 24/7 telephone help desk. The help desk number is located on the private site for your convenience.

Upon receipt of a signed KAUST contract, your Relocation Coordinator will create an account for you on the private Web site and then e-mail you the login information. The Web site is private and secure. It can only be accessed with a username and password.
