Research Facilities

The Research facilities will include incubators, single tenant, and multi tenant buildings with research categories of heavy, medium and lightlaboratories.

The Incubator building provides a resourceful environment for small start-up research groups and accommodates basic infrastructure, small office suites for individual teams and support areas including labs and conferencing facilities.

Single Tenant Building

Businesses may choose to build their own facility within the Research Park for single-use of the buildings and will be provided with the most advanced infrastructure.

Multi-Tenant Building

The Research Park and the Innovation Cluster are the center of a comprehensive technology transfer network. It is a network that nurtures and transfers technology from the laboratory to the marketplace. By supporting and providing an environment for business formation and growth, the Research Park and Innovation Cluster are a vital link in the commercialization process.

As these businesses flourish they are transferred to Multi-Tenant facilities.
