Innovation Cluster

The Innovation Cluster buildings consists of three buildings designed for:

• Light laboratories / industries;
• Medium laboratories / industries;
• Heavy or High Bay laboratories / industries;

The 140,000 square feet facility is built to provide laboratory & office space for technology companies. These companies include:

• Established companies working with, or in collaboration with, the KAUST Research Centers & faculty;
• Early-stage technology start-up companies, from within as well as outside KAUST.

This facility features wet lab, dry lab & office space.

In addition to a professional lobby and reception area, the Innovation Cluster features conference & meeting rooms, pantries, break-out areas and supporting services for the companies new to the Kingdom.
