Ian Foulds
Assistant Professor, Electrical Engineering
Ph.D. Electrical Engineering, Simon Fraser University, Canada, 2007
M.S. Electrical Engineering, Simon Fraser University, Canada, 2004
B.S. Electrical Engineering, Simon Fraser University, Canada, 2003
Research Interests
Professor Foulds' research interests are in the area of microsystems fabrication with special interest in the use of polymer materials. He has worked extensively with different polymer resists and polymer specific patterning techniques. Foulds has active projects in areas of low-cost deep-UV lithography, microsystems device design, and microfluidics.
