To support its mission, KAUST is retaining a cadre of professionals who are at the top of their respective non-academic fields and who understand what is required to administer a world-class, graduate-level research university.

Several global search firms have been working with KAUST to seek out high-caliber executives and staff in such professions as Finance, Accounting, Information Technology, and Human Resources, among many others.

These KAUST key personnel will be responsible for guiding the establishment of best practices to create and maintain an environment that will both serve the campus and the KAUST community.
