combining a multicultural population with high-quality housing and community amenities. To that end, the University offers a variety of housing options to eligible
students, faculty and staff, including villas, detached houses, townhouses and apartments.
These elegant residences are provided to eligible employees and students fully furnished with electronics, appliances, linens and other necessities. Also, the entire
campus – including all housing – is wireless-enabled, and residences include complimentary satellite television.
KAUST faculty and staff will live in one of three residential areas: the Safaa Gardens golf course neighborhood, the Harbor District neighborhood, and the Safaa
Island neighborhood along the Red Sea coast.
Each neighborhood has distinct advantages and a unique character - a view of the Red Sea, easy access to a premier golf course, or convenience to fitness clubs,
daycare, shopping and public transportation.
