Amin H. Nasser was appointed Senior Vice President, Exploration and Producing, Saudi Aramco on May 1, 2008. His current responsibilities as Senior Vice President, Exploration & Producing includes exploration, petroleum engineering, oil and gas production and processing activities.

Mr. Nasser graduated from King Fahad University of Petroleum and Minerals in 1982 with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Petroleum Engineering. He began his career with Saudi Aramco as a field Petroleum Engineer. During the past 27 years he advanced through a number of management positions. In April 2006, Mr. Nasser was appointed as Vice President, Petroleum Engineering and Development, but had held the position of Executive Director, Petroleum Engineering and Development Administrative Area since May 2005.

Mr. Nasser is a member of the Society of Petroleum Engineers, SPE Industry Advisory Council and KAUST International Advisory Council.
